SWOT Analysis

The IDHI, Inc. intends to use a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) analysis to identify its internal strengths and weaknesses, as well as external opportunities and threats. This business model, which is most commonly used as part of a marketing plan, has many attributes of a good tool for general business strategizing.

It is worth noting that the SWOT analysis will become a working tool of the IDHI, Inc. that can be used over and over to explore new opportunities and improve the organization’s decision-making process.

Strengths: The beauty of this business model is to help us realize from the start that the demand and impact of our products as our strength.

Weaknesses: The team will identify the weaknesses of our projects by the market share. For instance, the government and other agencies are already doing what we are trying to do. Therefore, the focus of IDHI, Inc. has to be more realistic in the strategy and execution of the plan. This analysis will be helpful in targeting a prosperous market niche.

Opportunities: Opportunities are tremendous in many developing countries. The IDHI, Inc. intends to play a bigger role in Côte d’Ivoire when it comes to agricultural development. The organization will be focusing at first on great opportunities in mechanized agriculture, healthcare and clean water to reach our ultimate goal.

Threats: Threats in any business venture are also real. Developing countries often lack resources in infrastructure. Doing business in an effective manner could be hampered by existing policies. Other organizations and non-profits are already on the ground doing what IDHI, Inc. is planning to achieve. The IDHI, Inc. will minimize the threats and prevail by an evidenced-based analysis and use of the SWOT Business Model.
