BERNARD K. KOFFI, MBA

Bernard K. Koffi is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the International Development and Health Initiative (IDHI), Inc. 

Bernard is an accomplished, versatile, innovative, finance, accounting and operations professional with a proven track record of managing organizational resources and delivering sustainable results for 30 years. A native of Côte d’Ivoire, Bernard has solid business acumen with outstanding budgeting and contract management competencies in both the private and not-for-profit sectors. His overall career reflects a proactive, goal oriented, results driven style that has been instrumental in helping businesses meet their financial objectives and significantly improve key business metrics.

As Finance Supervisor at Kroll Associates, Inc., a financial and risk advisory firm based in New York City, Bernard provided financial input to maximize operational results for the risk management division of this multi-million dollar company. As the Budget Director of the Doe Fund, Inc., a non-profit organization established in New York, he monitored the annual operating budgets. He determined the financial needs of the organization and provided solutions. He worked closely with the CFO, President and the Board to maintain and improve financial results. In addition, Bernard has successfully prepared and managed as a Director of Budgets and Contracts at Comunilife, Inc. a wide range of Federal, State and Foundation contracts.

For the past 12 years, Bernard was the Budget Director of Samaritan Daytop Village, Inc., a non-profit organization in Queens, NY. He contributed to the organizational growth from $30 million to more than $250 million operational budget. Bernard has a passion for continuous improvement and the legacy of creating and managing processes. Adept communicator and analytical thinker with proven ability to work with cross functional teams in fast-paced environments, Bernard possesses strong organizational skills and the commitment to achieve high-level accuracy using ethical work standards, and has a proven ability to manage staff and meet tight deadlines

Mr. Bernard Koffi received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the State University of New York and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from St. John’s University in New York City.
